Had a problem with a stainedand dirty comforter but it was taken care of by the staff

the room was very clean and ready when we arrived. the hotel was quite but full. Next time would like to get a porch room they had the cutest rocking chairs on the porches.

getting into the hotel and out was very hard right by the mall very congested no fault on there part the highway needs to be rerouted.

We looked at our 40 hotels on line. We especially looked at the customer reviews. We were impressed with what people said about the cleanliness and hotel staff. It was the picture on their website that initially got our attention, :"Voted Cleanest Hotel". I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a reasonably priced hotel, with great accomodations, nice staff, and easy access to restaurants and shopping.outlets. The hot cider and popcorn were great at night!

It was very clean and the staff was extremely kind. The decor was very nice, made us feel like we were in the country.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly- enjoyed all the amenities in the lobby- very homey

The Country Inn of Lancaster is an awesome place to stay. The minute you walk into the front door, you felt like you were set back into the country. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. It was not a luxury place, but it was comfortable and very nice. You could get juice, coffee or water at anytime in the fromt living room-type place with popcorn popping that was available to you at no charge. The breakfast the next day was great..nothing fancy, but certainly enough for you not to leave hungry. The beds were comfortable, free immediate wi-fi, tv was really good and it is close to everything we wanted to do. I would stay there again!!!

Only thing was the shower.....it was very weak and the temperature was hard to keep warm (it was either hot or cold). Other than that, it was great!!

The gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. I have never stayed at a The Country Inn chain hotel before but would not hesitate to do so again. The muffin/pastry-type foods offered with the continental breakfast were tasty.

The hot oat meal offered with the continental breakfast looked old & pasty.

“The country inn was very comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful.enjoy my stay ,would like to go there again.” I very much enjoyed the beverages and popcorn available in lobby. I appreciated the decor of the room.I was very impressed with the security system at the front doors after dark. You could not get into the hotel without swiping your room key in the panel. I lost my reading glass they found them and made arrangements to mail them to me. We will be back.

Warm, comfortable beds and good continental breakfast. Close to shopping and restaurants. Close to Amish farms and other attractions.

Shower head in bathroom was small, with very poor water pressure and it was not adjustable.

The charm and country setting really was what really sold us on the Inn and we definitely will be back again next year. My friend and I come down every year as I have business in Lancaster/ This was our first time at your Inn though. Happily, we found a new motel to stay in when we come down to Lancaster from now on.

The restaurant next door had the best pizza ever...

My reservation was wrong did not match my confermation printout... Rooms very small and have no immenities at all in room... The online re iew is very misleading....m

Close to the outlets

They were going through a renovation and our room wasn't completely done. The molding above the carpet was missing so there was a big gap

Continental Breakfast area was small not enough tables and the selection was only fair.

Very nice place to stay, loved the environment, very,very homey. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful The smell of fresh popcorn for arriving guest. Rustic and clean.
